  32. Installation Help
  33. =================
  34. If you have received Missile Master as a 'ZIP' file (ie:
  35. MIMA200V.ZIP), simply unzip the files to a floppy disk.
  36. Then from within Windows, choose [RUN...] from the Program
  37. Manager's [FILE] menu and type 'A:\SETUP' (or 'B:\SETUP',
  38. depending on where the disk is).
  39.  
  40. Please note that Missile Master is distributed in two forms,
  41. one which includes VBRUN100.DLL and one which does not.
  42.  
  43. MIMA200V.ZIP    - Includes VBRUN100.DLL
  44. MIMA200.ZIP     - DOES NOT include VBRUN100.DLL
  45.  
  46. It is distributed this way because many people already have
  47. VBRUN100.DLL installed in their Windows directorys (all Visual
  48. Basic applications require it).  If you have downloaded the
  49. Missile Master without VBRUN100.DLL and you need it, you might
  50. not have to download the other version.  Many BBSs have 
  51. VBRUN100.DLL available as a separate download, usually called
  52. VBRUN100.ZIP or VBRUN.ZIP or something similar.  Have a look
  53. before you waste your precious time downloading a larger file.

  93. Here are a few rules I would like any potential disk
  94. distribution services to adhere to:

  101. 1.Absolutely no changes, additions or deletions to the
  102.   program code, data or documentation files are to be made
  103.   without the prior written consent of Nisus Development &
  104.   Technology.

  106. Disk Distributors and Vendors
  107. -----------------------------
  108.      You are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to
  109. include Missile Master Shareware Version in your catalogues
  110. provided:
  111.  
  112. 1.No more than $10US is to be charged for a disk containing
  113.   Missile Master and other programs.
  114. 2.If Missile Master is the only program on the disk, no
  115.   more than $5US may be charged.
  116. 3.Your catalog must make it clear to the buyer that a disk
  117.   purchase from you does not include registration of the
  118.   programs on that disk.
  119. 4.You must inform me, either by mail or phone, that you
  120.   have decided to include Missile Master in your catalog.
  121.   A copy of any review you might have should also be
  122.   included.
