  1. LICENSE FOR DOCUMENTATION
  2. FROM THE NOVELLâ–  IPX ROUTER DEVELOPMENT KIT
  3.  
  4. USE AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE ABOVE-REFERENCED NOVELL IPX ROUTER
  5. DEVELOPMENT KIT COMPONENTS CONSISTING OF DOCUMENTATION CONTAINED IN THE
  6. ACCOMPANYING  FILE(S) ("THE KIT COMPONENTS") IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING. 
  7. BY USING OR DISTRIBUTING THE KIT COMPONENTS (OR AUTHORIZING ANY OTHER
  8. PERSON TO DO SO) YOU ACCEPT THIS LICENSE.  IF YOU DO  NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS
  9. OF THIS LICENSE, PLEASE TO NOT USE THE KIT COMPONENTS.

  11. License Grant.  You can use the accompanying copy of THE KIT COMPONENTS 
  12. and, as a means of promoting the Novell IPX ROUTER DEVELOPMENT KIT, can 
  13. reproduce, distribute and use copies of THE KIT COMPONENTS, provided:  
  14. 1) THE KIT COMPONENTS are not modified; 2) you do not receive any payment, 
  15. commercial benefit, other consideration for such reproduction or distribution, 
  16. and 3) you do not change or remove any copyright notices appearing in 
  17. THE KIT COMPONENTS.
  18.  
  19. Protection of THE KIT COMPONENTS.  You agree to take all reasonable steps 
  20. to protect THE KIT COMPONENTS from unauthorized copying or use.  
  21.  
  22. Warranty.  THE KIT COMPONENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS."  NOVELL MAKES NO
  23. WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR PROMISE NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS
  24. AGREEMENT.  NOVELL DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL IMPLIED
  25. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 
  26. NOVELL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE KIT COMPONENTS OR DOCUMENTATION WILL
  27. SATISFY YOU REQUIREMENTS (OR THOSE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS) OR THAT THE KIT
  28. COMPONENTS ARE WITHOUT DEFECT OR ERROR OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE KIT
  29. COMPONENTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.  Some states do not allow limitations on 
  30. how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply 
  31. to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state 
  32. to state.

  34. Export.  You agree that you will not knowingly, directly or indirectly, 
  35. without prior written consent, if required, of the Office of Export Licensing 
  36. of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Washington, D.C. 20230, export or 
  37. transmit THE KIT COMPONENTS to Afghanistan, the People's Republic of China,
  38. or to any group Q, S, W, Y, or Z country specified in the Export Administration 
  39. Regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce or to any country to 
  40. which such transmission is restricted by applicable regulations or statutes.

  42. U.S. Government Restricted Rights.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the 
  43. United States Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in 
  44. FAR  52.227-14 (June 1987) Alternate III(g)(3) (June 1987), 
  45. FAR  52.227-19 (June 1987), or DFARS  52.227-7013(c)(1)(ii)
