  3. Joystick Tips:

  5.     -Whatever position the joystick is in when you start SimCity is taken
  6.   as the centered position.
  7.  -Due to variations in hardware, the joystick may behave oddly on some 
  8.   systems.  If you experience difficulties with the joystick, you may 
  9.   disable is with the Settings program. Note: most people prefer the 
  10.   mouse or keyboard for playing our game.

  12. Tandy Note:

  14.     -If you have any problems running SimCity on the Tandy, try switching 
  15.   the sound type to IBM (use the Settings program).  Also, make sure you 
  16.   are not running DeskMate (ie. boot from disk - not from ROM).
