  3. The INSTALL.BAT program uses the information you supply to create the file
  4. EZC.BAT, which invokes EZCosmos with optional parameters as follows:
  5.  
  6. MSHERC   (for Hercules monochrome graphics only, loads the display drivers)
  7.  
  8. COSMOS /LAP /PATH=B:
  9.        │    │
  10.        │    └ Indicates the path to the data contained on the Picture Disk.
  11.        │      If this data is on the same disk and directory as COSMOS.EXE,
  12.        │      no /PATH parameter is required -  rerun INSTALL and select a
  13.        │      System Type other than 1 (two floppy drives).
  14.        │
  15.        └ Used for Laptop computers with a wide aspect ratio display.  If your
  16.          Laptop does not display a circle for the horizon line at a Zoom width
  17.          of 270° but instead shows a vertical ellipse, use the INSTALL command
  18.          again and do not specify LAPTOP when selecting a display type.

  20. EZCosmos will automatically detect and use CGA, EGA, MCGA and VGA graphics
  21. cards and math coprocessors.  For Hercules graphics support, additional drivers
  22. are loaded as described above.  To remove these drivers after running EZCosmos,
  23. you must reboot your computer with the Ctrl-Alt-Del key sequence.
