  5. Subcommands:  NONE

  7. Description:  Allows leaving a private message or comment to the system
  8.               operator.  After selecting command, up to a 25 character
  9.               comment subject must be entered, followed by the actual text
  10.               entry.  Failure to enter a comment subject returns the code to
  11.               the main menu and command line.

  14.               actually enter and save your comment text.
