  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.

  12. Shareware Version

  14. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the 
  15. software for a 30 day evaluation period; make as many copies 
  16. of the Shareware version of this software and documentation as 
  17. you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version 
  18. to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software 
  19. and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.  
  20. There is no charge for any of the above.

  23. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting 
  24. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing 
  25. the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial 
  26. or otherwise) without prior written permission, with one exception:  
  27. Disk Vendors approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals 
  28. are permitted to redistribute ColorMe!, subject to the conditions 
  29. in this license, without specific written permission.

  31. Unregistered use of ColorMe! after the 30-day evaluation period is 
  32. in violation of federal copyright laws.

  35. Evaluation and Registration

  37. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this 
  38. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 
  39. 30 days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation 
  40. period a registration fee of $17.95 (US) plus $3.00 S&H is required.  
  41. Prices are guaranteed through 12/31/94.  See the file ORDER.TXT
  42. for information on how to register.  When payment is received you 
  43. will be sent a registered copy of the latest version of ColorMe!, 
  44. along with additional pictures.  Registered users will receive 
  45. several additional benefits.

  47. One registered copy of ColorMe! may either be used by a single 
  48. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, 
  49. or installed on a single workstation used on simultaneously by 
  50. multiple people, but not both.

  52. Governing Law

  54. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of 
  55. California.

  57. Disclaimer of Warranty
  58.  
  59. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND 
  60. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY 
  61. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the 
  62. various hardware and software environments into which ColorMe! 
  63. may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS 
  64. OFFERED.

  66. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be 
  67. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.  
  68. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY 
  69. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT 
  70. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
