  6. INSTALLATION OF THE ARCHIVE MANAGER ON YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM 
  7. IMPLIES AGREEMENT WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

  9. DISTRIBUTION OF THE ARCHIVE MANAGER, ITS ACCOMPANYING 
  10. PROGRAMS AND DOCUMENTATION, IS CONSIDERED AS IS.  VACNAT SOFTWARE 
  11. OFFERS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  THIS 
  12. INCLUDES, BUT IS IN NO WAY LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF ARCHIVE
  13. MANAGER'S MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
  14. PURPOSE.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VACNAT SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR 
  15. ANY DAMAGES WHICH RESULT FROM THE USE OF THIS PROGRAM OR THE INABILITY 
  16. TO USE IT.  EXCLUSION FROM LIABILITY INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, 
  17. LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL 
  18. DAMAGES.

  20. The Archive Manager is distributed as Shareware.  It is 
  21. not free, freeware, or in the public domain.  You may use Archive
  22. Manager for a trial period of thirty days, at no cost to 
  23. you, to determine if it fits your needs.  If you decide to use Archive 
  24. Manager regularly, you are expected to register it and 
  25. pay the applicable registration fee.  Individual copies of the 
  26. unregistered version of Archive Manager may be given to 
  27. your friends and associates for the same thirty day free trial period.  
  28. You may also upload Archive Manager to the public section 
  29. of a public BBS.  
  30.  
  31. You may not modify or dis-assemble Archive Manager, nor 
  32. distribute any modified or dis-assembled versions of Archive Manager.
  33. Archive Manager may not be included with any other product without 
  34. written permission from VacNat Software.  
  35.  
  36. Registered copies of Archive Manager can be used on more 
  37. than one computer at a time as long as no more than one of these 
  38. computers is running Archive Manager at the same time.  
  39. You may make backup copies of Archive Manager as necessary 
  40. for archival purposes only.

  42. U.S.  Government RESTRICTED RIGHTS:  Use, duplication, or disclosure 
  43. by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in 
  44. subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer 
  45. Software clause at 252.227-7013.
