  12. NavImage is freeware and may be copied and given to friends and
  13. associates PROVIDED that no charge is made for such copies, except
  14. as necessary to cover the REASONABLE cost of the media.  Dvorak
  15. Development retains the copyright and other rights to the NavImage
  16. software.

  18. Description:
  19. NavImage is a general purpose image viewer, capable of displaying
  20. JPG, BMP, GIF, PCX, TIF and TGA graphics files.  It also has
  21. some powerful image effect capabilities such as image expansion,
  22. tracing, negative, kodalith, mirror, rotation, and more.

  27. 1. The four primary files:

  29.         1. NAVIMAGE.EXE
  30.         2. VIC.DLL
  31.         3. NAVIMAGE.HLP
  32.         4. NAVIMAGE.GIF

  34.    Must be copied to the same directory.
  35.  
  36. 2. NavImage is a Windows product and requires Windows 3.1 or
  37. higher.

  39. 3. NavImage has been tested and works with Windows 95, Windows NT
  40. and OS/2 2.1 and Warp.

  42. 4. The executable file is NAVIMAGE.EXE... please install it as a
  43. New item in the Windows group of your choice.  The icons for it
  44. are included inside the excutable.
