  4. for sale will be a new lot, and each exchange with things for sale will be a
  5. new lot. Your offering will be visible on the trade report, and is open to
  6. anyone that you are allied or neutral to. Purchasers may buy however much
  7. they want of whatever is offered at your exchange.
