  1. message <country> <text>
  2.     Sends a message to the given country. If <text> is not given, it will
  3. be prompted for with the usual editing capabilities. If the country is not
  4. logged in, you will be asked if you want to send a telegram. Messages appear
  5. on the target country's terminal just before their next command prompt.
