  2.     Enters a simple on-line chat (CB, partyline, etc.) mode. Exit chat mode
  3. by typing a line containing only a period. In chat mode, all non-blank lines
  4. you type will be sent to all other players in chat mode. Countries that are
  5. in chat mode are indicated by a "<" after their country number in the country
  6. report.
