  7.   Welcome to NorthC Version 1.1, this is the latest version of NorthC, the 
  8. first and only complete public domain 'C' environment for the Amiga that I 
  9. am aware of.  This disk contains all you need to compile and link 'C' 
  10. programs, all the necessary documentation is included on the disk.  You are 
  11. allowed to copy this disk and distribute copies, provided you charge no more 
  12. than a reasonable copy fee.  However there are restrictions about copying 
  13. individual files from the disk, for example ":bin/Blink", ":bin/A68K" and 
  14. ":libs/libc.a", see the appropriate documentation files for details.

  16.   I have attempted to create a single floppy containing everything you will 
  17. need to start programming in 'C', if you wish to copy the programs on this 
  18. floppy you are welcome to them.  If you are passing on any of this software 
  19. please copy the complete floppy, even if you know enough about 'C' to not 
  20. require all the examples and documentation someone further down the chain 
  21. might not be so clever.

  25.   If you change the name of this disk from "NorthC" you must edit the file
  26. "setup-NorthC" to assign the name "NorthC:" to the right directory.

  29.   It is my understanding that all the non original data and programs on this
  30. disk can be freely copied, provided the restrictions noted in the various
  31. documentation files are observed.  You use the information and programs on 
  32. this disk at your own risk, neither myself or any other member of Alcibiades 
  33. Cabal accepts any resposiblity for any damage caused as a result of using 
  34. this disk.

  37. than a copy fee for it.  If you feel that my hard work in preparing this
