  1. power {all} {force}
  2.    Display summary of each countries status. The report is now rebuilt by
  3. another program running at the same time as Empire, and there is no way
  4. to force it to generate the file. It WILL be rebuilt if Empire can't find
  5. the power report where it expects it to be. If 'all' is specified then
  6. every country, even those that are dead or have quit, will be displayed.
  7. If force is specified, then the report will be updated even if it is not
  8. 2 days old.

  10.        Power is calculated based on the following magic formula:

  12. (a*g+d)/3 + (b+c+e+ii)/10 + j/100 + f+i+h*5
