  7.   Demon is just a little cell-simulation in a world of colored  cells.  Each
  8. cell  (pixel)  can  eat  another,  if the other is one color lower, and then
  9. color 0 cells can eat the highest color. Their actionradius is  small,  only
  10. the  4  neighbouring cells. In the beginning the world is a random jumple of
  11. cells, but as time goes by, they go into a stage looking like quiet areas in
  12. a turbulent sea, then a patchwork stage, then a diamond-like  stage  and  in
  13. the end, the demons, spiraling waves of color, take over the world.
  14.   Of course, this takes its time, especially the big  one,  so  a  turbocard
  15. helps.  Normal  Amigas  should only have LittleDemon running on them, unless
  16. they have a lot of CPU-time to spare. The programs take no arguments.
  17.   There are six different versions of this program:

  19.   LittleDemon:     120x120 Demon in 8 colors.
  20.   Demon:           120x120 Demon in 16 colors
  21.   LargeDemon:      320x255 Demon in 8 colors.
  22.   LargeDemon.NTSC: 320x199 Demon in 8 colors.
  23.   BigDemon:        320x255 Demon in 16 colors.
  24.   BigDemon.NTSC:   320x199 Demon in 16 colors.

  26.   If you try LittleDemon and compare it with Demon, you will  notice  a  big
  27. difference in the evolution.
