  8. Following files and drawers are parts of the LabelPrint package and have
  9. to be copied, when you copy LabelPrint.

  17. The program LabelPrint was written to allow you easily to print Labels for
  18. your disks. For that you have a great variety of options you can use
  19. to design your Labels.
  20. I wrote the program, because I was fed up with writing my Labels by hand.
  21. And so I decided to write a program making this task almost alone.
  22.  
  23. About LabelPrint3.0:
  24. --------------------
  25.   The version 3.0 has been changed in many way. Especially the gadgets and
  26.   the menus have been recreated, so that LabelPrint looks now better.
  27.   There are also some new features and of course some of the horrible bugs
  28.   from version 2.5 have been fixed.
  29.   The version 3.0 of LabelPrint works together with all printers, so far as
  30.   a suitable printer driver is used.
  31.   The program contains some spezial features for the Epson LQ-850 and
  32.   compatible printers. (explained later)
  33.  
  34. How to start LabelPrint:
  35. ------------------------
  36.   You can start LabelPrint as well from the CLI as from the Workbench by
  37.   a double click on the LabelPrint-icon or a icon of a label, that has
  38.   been saved as a Data-file. (See below)
  39.  
  40. The menu-functions of LabelPrint:
  41. ---------------------------------
  42.   Afer starting LabelPrint the LabelPrint-window appears.
  43.   In its menu bar you see this menues:
  44.      (c), Spezial, Label, Print, Clear, Input, Output, Block
  45.  
  46.  (c):
  47.  ----
  48.   This menu has no use, it only contains the Copyright-notice.
  49.  
  50.  Spezial:
  51.  --------
  52.   -About: ...opens the information-window.
  53.  
  54.   -Prefs: ...opens the preferences-window. (explained later)
  55.  
  56.   -Con TO: ...contains a submenu to define where the parameters of LabelPrint
  57.            should be written to.
  58.            -Dir: Save the parameters in the file 'LP-Configuration'.
  59.                  (In the current directory)
  60.            -DEVS: Save the parameters in the file 'SYS:devs/LP-Configuration`.
  61.                   (on the Boot-disk)
  62.  
  63.   -Config: ...contains a submenu for controling all parameters of LabelPrint.
  64.            The program tries automatical to  read this parameters, when you
  65.            start it.
  66.            -Load: Load the parameters from the File defined with 'Con TO'.
  67.            -Save: Save the current parameters to the File defined with
  68.                   'Con TO'.
  69.  
  70.   -Pause: ...closes the LabelPrint-window, opens a small window
  71.           in the left top edge and puts the program into a waiting state.
  72.           To continue the program click on the CONTINUE-gadget.
  73.           (This function is of great value if you want to work with the
  74.            workbench.)
  75.  
  76.   -Quit: ...quits the program, but before you are asked, if you really want
  77.          to quit it.
  78.  
  79.  Label:
  80.  ------
  81.   -New: ...clears all entries, comments and the diskname. The active
  82.         parameters won't be changed.
  83.  
  84.   -Append: ...opens a submenu with subitem 'ASCII' in it.
  85.            This function opens a File-Requester, which allows you to
  86.            select a file, for saving the current entries to an ASCII-file.
  87.            (The File-Requester is described below.)
  88.            This function helps you to create great lists containing the files
  89.            of a lot of disks.
  90.  
  91.  -Save: ...contains a subitem with following functions:
  92.         (They also open the File-Requester.)
  93.         -Data: Saves all entries and parameters to the spezified file.
  94.         -ASCII: Saves all entries to the spezified ASCII-file.
  95.  
  96.  -Load: ...contains a submenu with the subitem 'Data' in it.
  97.         This function also opens the File-Requester to select a file, from
  98.         which old entries and parameters should be load.
  99.         You can only load files, that were save with the Data-function of
  100.         the Save submenu. (When you load entries the old ones get lost,
  101.         so make sure that you don't need them any more !)
  102.  
  103.  -Icons: When this function is active, all file you save (Data + ASCII)
  104.          will automatically get an icon. This function can only be
  105.          activated, when LabelPrint was able to open the icon.library,
  106.          otherwise this function isn't available.
  107.  
  108.  Print:
  109.  ------
  110.   -Sort List: With this menuitem you can define whether the program should
  111.               sort the entries or only remove the empty entries, when the
  112.               function SORT is activated.
  113.               The function can be activated or deactivated by choosing the
  114.               subitem ON or OFF.
  115.  
  116.   -First: With this function you can determine, if the files or dirs should
  117.           be printed first. When no type is selected, the entries are
  118.           printed without considering their type.
  119.  
  120.   -Dirstyle / Filestyle: With this two items you can determine how the
  121.           dirs / files are written.
  122.           If capital is activated, then all entries of the selected type
  123.           are written in capital letters. The small item effects, that
  124.           all entries of the selected type are written in small letters.
  125.           Mixed allows as well small letters as capital letter.
  126.  
  127.   -n times: ...opens a requester to determine how often the
  128.             label shoud be printed. (1 - 99)
  129.             The current number is written behind the menuitem ( ).
  130.  
  131.  Clear:
  132.  ------
  133.   -All: ...clears all entries after asking you, if you really want to clear
  134.         them.
  135.  
  136.   -Types: ...contains a submenu with following items:
  137.           -Files: ...clears all entries of the type file after a request.
  138.           -Dirs: ...clears all entries of the type dir after a request.
  139.           -.info: ...clears all entries with the ending '.info' (icons)
  140.                   after a request.
  141.  
  142.   -Double: ...clears all entries being ot the same type and having the same
  143.            name. (There's no difference made between small and capital
  144.            letters.)
  145.  
  146.   -Type: With this function you can determine of which type the cleared
  147.          entries should be.
  148.  
  149.   -Kill: With this function you can determine how the entries should be
  150.          killed when using the Kill-function (described below).
  151.          'Remove entry' removes the entry from the list, whereas
  152.          'Clear entry' only clears the string-gadget.
  153.  
  154.  Input:
  155.  ------
  156.   -Import: ...imports the current entries of the File-Requester to the
  157.            LabelPrint-window with rereading the directory. (Attention:
  158.            the old entries are clear automatically.)
  159.            This function is a very comfortable way of reading in a disk
  160.            or directory.
  161.  
  162.   -Add: ...has a similar function as Import, except it didn't clear the old
  163.         entries, but appends the new ones to the old ones.
  164.         With this function you can create lists containing the files of
  165.         some directories.
  166.  
  167.   -ReadIn: With this submenu you can determine what LabelPrint should
  168.            read in.
  169.            Possible types are:
  170.             -Files
  171.             -Dirs (directories)
  172.             -.info (files ending with '.info')
  173.            At least one type should be activated, because otherwise nothing
  174.            will be read in.
  175.  
  176.   -Sort: ...determines in which way the entries should be sorted.
  177.          If UP is selected, the entries are sorted in alphabetical order.
  178.          If DOWN is selected, the entries are sorted against alphabetical
  179.          order.
  180.  
  181.  Output:
  182.  -------
  183.   -Comment: ...opens the Comment-window for writing comments to the filelist.
  184.             (explained later)
  185.  
  186.   -Sign: With this submenu you can determine which sign should be printed
  187.          before the entries:
  188.          You can choose between:  -   ·   o
  189.                                   *   +   =
  190.                                   «   »   <
  191.                                   >   #  ' '
  192.          The selected sign is shown in front of the Entry-Gadgets.
  193.  
  194.   -In: With this function you can determine, either the entries should be
  195.        printed in 'Columns' or in 'Lines'.
  196.        This function only changes the sequence of the entries, but not the
  197.        number of columns and lines.
  198.  
  199.  Block:
  200.  ------
  201.   -Last: ...shows the last block (4). As LabelPrint is only able to show 30
  202.          entries at onces on the screen, I've created 4 blocks, so that you
  203.          can control 120 entries.
  204.  
  205.   -First: ...shows the first block (1).
  206.  
  207.   -'+': ...shows the next block.
  208.  
  209.   -'-': ...shows the block before.
  210.  
  211.  
  212. The gadget-functions of LabelPrint:
  213. -----------------------------------
  214.   On the LabelPrint-window you can see a lot of different gadgets. The
  215.   following section of the documentation explains their functions.
  216.  
  217.   -Close-gadget: This gadget is placed in the left part of the top border.
  218.     This gadget quits the programm. (same function as Quit in the Spezial-
  219.     menu)
  220.  
  221.   -DiskName-gadget: This string-gadget shows the name of the actual drawer.
  222.     In this gadget you can put in the name of a drawer or volume to read
  223.     in.
  224.  
  225.   -Drive-gadgets: This 6 gadgets are placed in the right bottom of the
  226.     LabelPrint-window. They contain the names of different volumes, that
  227.     are read in by clicking on the gadget. Attention, this will clear all
  228.     entries. (This function helps you to save work, because you don't need
  229.     to use the File-Requester.)
  230.  
  231.   -About-gadget: This gadget is placed in the right top of the window.
  232.     It will open the information-window. (same function as About of the
  233.     Spezial-menu)
  234.  
  235.   -Prefs-gadget: This gadget is placed right of the About-gadget and has
  236.     the function to open the Preferences-window. (same function as Prefs
  237.     of the Spezial-menu)
  238.  
  239.   -Entry-gadgets: This are 30 long gadgets in the middle of the window.
  240.     Each of this gadgets contains one entry, which you can change the way
  241.     you like it. The length of each entry is limited to 17 characters.
  242.     The maximum number of entries is 120 in 4 blocks.
  243.  
  244.   -EntryType-gadgets: Behind each Entry-gadget you see a small gadget with
  245.     a D or F in it. This 30 gadgets are the EntryType-gadgets, with this
  246.     gadgets you can change the type of each entry.
  247.     When clicking on one of the gadgets, there alternately appears a D or
  248.     F. D stands for directory, whereas F stands for file, so that you can
  249.     easily change or create a entry type.
  250.     The type of the empty Entry-gadgets is determined by the Type-item of
  251.     the Clear-menu.
  252.  
  253.   -'+'- / '-'-gadget: This two gadgets are placed in the left bottom of the
  254.     window. They have the function to increase / decrease the block number.
  255.     (same function as '+' / '-' in the Block-menu)
  256.  
  257.   -No.-gadget: This gadgets is placed right of the '-'-gadget and shows the
  258.     number of the active block (shown on the window). By typing in a number
  259.     between 1 and 4 you can change the active block.
  260.  
  261.   -'Kill Entries'-gadget: This gadget makes it possible to kill easily one
  262.     spezial entry. When clicking on the OFF-text, a ON-text appears showing
  263.     that the Kill-mode is active. When this mode is active you can kill an
  264.     entry by a click on its EntryType-gadget.
  265.     Make sure that you turn off this mode after use, or you could kill an
  266.     entry when you try to change its type.
  267.  
  268.   -Insert-gadget: This gadget makes it possible to insert an entry before
  269.     another. When clicking on the OFF-text, a ON-text appears showing that
  270.     the Insert-mode is active. When this mode is active you can insert an
  271.     entry before another by clicking on its EntryType-gadget.
  272.     The 'Insert'- and the 'Kill entries'-function exclude each other, so
  273.     that when you activate one the other is automtical deactivated.
  274.  
  275.   -Print-gadget: This gadget starts the printing of your labels. To print
  276.     them the program uses the current parameters. The number of prints is
  277.     determined by the function 'n times' of the Print-menu.
  278.  
  279.   -Sort-gadget: This gadget has the function to sort all entries.
  280.     The way and the direction can be determined by the menuitems 'Sort List'
  281.     and 'Sort' of the Input-menu.
  282.  
  283.   -Clear-gadget: This gadget has the function to clear all entries, after
  284.     asking you, if you really want it. (same function as All of the
  285.     Clear-menu)
  286.  
  287.   -'Append to'-gadget: This gadget contains the name of the file to that
  288.     the actual enties are appended in the ASCII-format.
  289.     Is automatically set after using 'Append ASCII' of the Label-menu.
  290.  
  291.   -Append-gadget: This gadget appends the actual entries to the file named
  292.     in the 'Append to'-gadget. If the file doesn't exist, the program will
  293.     create it. This function was made to create huge lists with the entries
  294.     of some disks by appending the entries several times to the same file.
  295.     (Saves work, because you don't have allways to use the File-Requester.)
  296.  
  297.   -'Read In'-gadget: This gadgets reads in the drawer named in the
  298.     DiskName-gadget. Before reading in a volume you have to add a double
  299.     point. (The same you can achieve in a more comfortable way by using the
  300.     Import-function of the Input-menu.)
  301.  
  302.  
  303. The File-Requester:
  304. -------------------
  305.   A lot of functions of LabelPrint working together with disks start the
  306.   File-Requester.
  307.   The File-Requester keeps the last directory and shows it, when started
  308.   again. Has no directory been selected, then the File-Requester shows a
  309.   list of the disks in your drives. This list also appears when clicking
  310.   on the gadget 'VOL'.
  311.   To read in a directory or volume you only have to click on its name.
  312.   The name of the directory read in is shown in the string-gadget 'Drawer:'.
  313.   When clicking on a file, the name is shown in the string-gadget 'File:'.
  314.   You also can type in a name direct in the 'File:'- or 'Drawer:'-gadget. 
  315.   To read in a directory press <RETURN> after typing the name in the
  316.   'Drawer:'-gadget.
  317.   By clicking on the gadget '/ DIR' the parent directory is read in, if it
  318.   exists.
  319.   As the File-Requester is only able to show 8 names at onces, you can scroll
  320.   the list up and down by clicking on the arrow-gadgets or by dragging the
  321.   proportional-gadget up and down.
  322.   To leave the File-Requester you can use the 2 gadgets at the bottom of the
  323.   window. The right gadget ('CANCEL'-gadget) breaks the function of.
  324.   The left gadget continues the function. The text shown in the left gadget
  325.   changes according to the function, that started the File-Requester.
  326.   A double click on a filename has the same function as a click on the left
  327.   gadget.
  328.  
  329. The Preferences-window:
  330. -----------------------
  331.   This window appears when you click on the Prefs-gadgets or select Prefs
  332.   from the Spezial-menu. This window has a similar function as the
  333.   preferences-window of the workbench. It has the function to define the
  334.   parameters for the printing of your labels.
  335.  
  336.  The Preferences-gadgets:
  337.  ------------------------
  338.   (from the left top of the window to the right bottom)
  339.  
  340.   -Columns-gadget: With this gadget you can define the number of columns
  341.     used for printing the entries. The number has to be between 1 and 6.
  342.  
  343.   -'Left / Right Margin'-gadget: With this two gadgets you can define the
  344.     left/right margin of your printing area. But when changing the numbers
  345.     you must consider that each printing column is 19 characters wide.
  346.     Be careful and don't make the distance to small. LabelPrint is able to
  347.     set the right margin automatically. (See below)
  348.  
  349.   -'LINE FEED'-gadget: ...defines the number of free lines before starting
  350.     the print. (This functions is very useful when you are printing labels
  351.     for 3.5"-disks.)
  352.  
  353.   -'Lines to print'-gadget: ...defines the minimum of lines to print.
  354.     The 'LINE FEED'-lines and the line for the disk name are not counted.
  355.     (This function is of importance, when you use continuous labels to
  356.     make sure that the printer stops printing at the beginning of the next
  357.     label)
  358.  
  359.   -PrintStyle-gadgets: ...define the way in that directories and files are
  360.     printed. You can choose between 4 possibilities:
  361.     Normal:  no spezial printing effects
  362.     Italic:  print italic
  363.     Bold:    print bold
  364.     Ita+Bo:  print italic and bold
  365.  
  366.   -'LQ-Type'-gadget: ...defines the LQ-Type for the printing of the labels.
  367.     (only in the 'Epson LQ-850'-mode)
  368.     Possible types are:
  369.        -Active (the active type is used for printing)
  370.        -Roman
  371.        -Sans Serif
  372.        -Courier
  373.        -Prestige
  374.        -Script
  375.        -OCR-B
  376.     (Courier, Prestige, Script and OCR-B are type-modules)
  377.  
  378.   -'Start Feed'-gadget: ...defines the how many n/180 zoll feed should
  379.     be made before the printing of the labels.
  380.     (only in the 'Epson LQ-850'-mode)
  381.  
  382.   -'End Feed'-gadget: ...defines the how many n/180 zoll feed should
  383.     be made after the printing of the labels.
  384.     (only in the 'Epson LQ-850'-mode)
  385.     (With 'Start Feed'- and 'End Feed'-function you can very exactly
  386.      define the starting-postion of you labels.)
  387.  
  388.   -'Defines Name'-gadget: ...contains the name of the file used for saving
  389.     your own defined parameters. (see below)
  390.  
  391.   -Quality-gadget: ...defines the printing quality. You can choose between
  392.     Draft and Letter quality.
  393.  
  394.   -Spacing-gadget: ...defines the line spacing. You can choose between
  395.     6 or 8 LPI in Standart-mode (see below) or from 5 to 15 LPI in the
  396.     'Epson LQ-850'-mode.
  397.  
  398.   -Pitch-gadget: ...defines the size of the characters.
  399.     There are 3 sizes you can choose:
  400.     10-Pica:  In this size 10 characters were printed per inch.
  401.     12-Elite: In this size 12 characters were printed per inch.
  402.     15-Fine:  In this size 15 characters were printed per inch.
  403.               (only in the 'Epson LQ-850'-mode)
  404.  
  405.   -Doublestrike-gadget: When this function is active, each line is printed
  406.     twice. This makes it look better, but it slows down the printer.
  407.  
  408.   -Condensed-gadget: ...activates or deactivates the condensed print mode.
  409.     When this mode is activated each character is printed about 40% smaller
  410.     than normal.
  411.  
  412.   -Script-gadget: With this gadget you can define the position of the text.
  413.     The selected way of printing is not used for the title-line.
  414.     You can choose between these ways:
  415.        -Normal: normal position
  416.        -Super: the characters are printed a 1/3 smaller and in superscript
  417.        -Sub: the characters are printed a 1/3 smaller and in subscript
  418.     This function is very usefull, when you want to print extrem small text.
  419.  
  420.   -'Char Set'-gadget: ...defines the international char set used by the
  421.     printer for printing Labels:
  422.     Possible char sets are:
  423.       -German
  424.       -UK
  425.       -Danish I
  426.       -Swedish
  427.       -Italian
  428.       -Spanish
  429.       -Japanese
  430.       -Norwegian
  431.       -Danish II
  432.       -US
  433.       -French
  434.  
  435.   -'Form Feed'-gadget: When this function is activated, LabelPrint makes
  436.     after each printing a form feed. This function is very usefull when
  437.     you are using a cut sheet feeder to make sure that each printing starts
  438.     with a new label. When this function is activated, LabelPrint neglects
  439.     the 'Lines to print'-function.
  440.  
  441.   -Defines-gadgets: With this gadgets you can activate predefined parameters
  442.     for 3.5"- or 5.25"disks. At the beginning the defines for 3.5"-disks are
  443.     active. The 3.5"-disk parameters are for normal continuous labels (7x7cm).
  444.     The 5.25"-disk parameters are not for the normal 5.25"-disk labels,
  445.     because I think they are to small for printing all contents of a disk on
  446.     them. So I decided to use greater labels, that use the whole breadth of
  447.     the disks. But I couldn't buy them as continuous labels so use a cut
  448.     sheet feeder for printing on them.
  449.  
  450.   -OK-gadget: With this gadget you can close the Preferences-window, at which
  451.     LabelPrint uses the new defined parameters for printing.
  452.  
  453.   -Cancel-gadget: With this gadget you can close the Preferences-window, at
  454.     which LabelPrint neglects the new defined parameters and still uses the
  455.     old ones.
  456.  
  457.  The Preferences-menus:
  458.  ----------------------
  459.  
  460.   Defines:
  461.   --------
  462.    -Save: ...saves your parameters determined by the 'Set'-function using
  463.           the name shown in the 'Define Name'-gadget as file name.
  464.  
  465.    -Load: With function you can load your saved parameters. As file name
  466.           LabelPrint uses the name shown in the 'Defines Name'-gadget.
  467.           (You can't use Defines of earlier versions of LabelPrint because
  468.            version 2.5 saves and loads them in a different way.)
  469.  
  470.    -Use: ...allows you to activate one out of four defines by selecting it.
  471.  
  472.    -Set: ...allows you to set four defines, that you can recall afterwards
  473.          by using the Use-item.
  474.          To set a define you only have to select one of the four defines. It
  475.          automatical will save all parameters in the Preferences-window to its
  476.          buffer. (The old define of this number will be lost.)
  477.  
  478.   Title-Style: With this menu you can define how the disk name should be
  479.   ------------ printed.
  480.  
  481.    -Underlined: When this function is active, the disk name is printed
  482.                 underlined.
  483.  
  484.    -Normal: ...deactivates the three following functions (Italic, Bold,
  485.             Enlarged). It has no effect on the Underlined-function.
  486.  
  487.    -Italic: When this function is active, the disk name is printed italic.
  488.  
  489.    -Bold: When this function is active, the disk name is printed bold.
  490.  
  491.    -Enlarged: When this function is active, the disk name is printed enlarged.
  492.  
  493.    -'Double Height': When this function is active, the disk name is printed
  494.                      double as heigh as normal.
  495.                      (Only in the 'Epson LQ-850'-mode)
  496.  
  497.   Other:
  498.   ------
  499.    -'Set right margin': When this function is active, the right margin is
  500.        set automatically.
  501.        This function should only be turned of, when realy required, because
  502.        a wrong set right margin can have fatal effects.
  503.        
  504.    -'Test title size': When this function is active, LabelPrint automatically
  505.        tests the size of the titleline and commentlines according to the way
  506.        of printing (Enlarged on or off ?).
  507.        This function makes sure that each line is printed on the label and
  508.        not on the platen of your printer.
  509.        
  510.    -Printer: With this function you can choose the printer you use.
  511.        At the time there are only two possibilities:
  512.          -Standart: only commands of the printer device
  513.          -Epson LQ-850: some spezial commands of this printer are use
  514.                         additionally
  515.        If you own a printer, that is not compatible to the Epson LQ-850,
  516.        then write me a letter with following information:
  517.  
  518.            1. Command for Micro-Print (15 CPI: Fine):
  519.                 (Epson LQ-850: ESC g or $1B $67)
  520.            2. Command for n/60" (or n/180") line spacing:
  521.                 (Epson LQ-850: ESC A n or $1B $41 n)
  522.            3. Command for double high characters:
  523.               -on:  (Epson LQ-850: ESC w 1 or $1B $77 $01)
  524.               -off: (Epson LQ-850: ESC w 0 or $1B $77 $00)
  525.            4. Command for n/180" feed:   
  526.                 (Epson LQ-850: ESC J n or $1B $4A n)
  527.            5. Command for types + name of the types:
  528.                 (Epson LQ-850: ESC k n or $1B $6B n)
  529.                 (n=0 Roman, n=1 Sans Serif, n=2 Courier, n=3 Prestige,
  530.                  n=4 Script, n=5 OCR-B)
  531.            (Best would be you send me a complete list of all commands
  532.             of your printer, because I don't know now which further
  533.             functions LabelPrint in future may have.)
  534.  
  535.        If you send me a list, I'll put your printer to the printer-list,
  536.        so that new version of LabelPrint also use your printer as good as
  537.        possible.
  538.  
  539.  
  540. The Comment-window:
  541. -------------------
  542.   This window opens,when you select the menuitem 'Comment' from the Output-
  543.   menu. The Comment-function allows you to write up to 10 lines of comment
  544.   for your labels.
  545.  
  546.   Comment-gadgets: The Comment-gadgets are the 10 long gadgets, that are
  547.     placed in 2 blocks of 5 gadgets.
  548.     In this gadgets you can type in the Comment for your labels.
  549.     (Attention: Empty lines (with no characters in it) will be automatically
  550.      removed before printing a label, so if you want to have a free line
  551.      you have to type in at least one space ' '.)
  552.      
  553.   Style-gadgets: The Style-gadgets are the 3 gadgets placed behind each
  554.     Comment-gadget. They allow you to define the printing style for the
  555.     Comment-gadget, that to it belongs. You activate / deactivate them by

  560.          If the function 'Test title size' is activ, LabelPrint tests the

  565.     They turn of all Style-gadgets of the block below, so that the text in

  571.       - (B)egin: The Comment-block is printed after the title-line, but

  573.       - (E)nd: The Comment-block is printed at the end of the labels.

  575.     You can change the status of the gadget by clicking on it.

  579.   'Kill Comment'-gadget: ...activates the Kill-mode, which allows you to kill
  580.     a commentline by clicking one on of the to it belonging Style-gadget.

  584.   Insert-gadget: .activates the Insert-gadget, which allows you to insert a

  588.     The Insert- and the Kill-mode exclude each other, so that when you

  593.     (This function is of great value, when both blocks have the same status.)

  595.   Remove-gadget: ...removes all empty lines from the comment. It is a test,
  596.     whether all empty lines are really empty, that should be removed.

  598.   CANCEL-gadget: With this gadget you can leave the Comment-window, at which
  599.     all commentlines are cleared, so that at the printing no Comment
  600.     appears.

  602.   OK-gadget: With this gadget you can leave the Comment-window, at which the
  603.     Comment is use by the main-program, so that the Comment appears at the
  604.     printing.
