  20. The Calendar Factory.

  23. Late 1988 I needed to layout  calendars for 1989 with a
  24. desktop publishing system. It occurred to me that it would be a simple
  25. matter to get the computer to generate a formatted ASCII file which
  26. could then imported into a D.T.P. program.
  27.  
  28. Hence... the Calendar Factory.
  29.  
  30. It's simple to use! The screen displays a number of standard layouts.
  31. Pick the one you want. The status line will tell you of the choice.
  32.  
  33. Next enter the year by clicking the 'YEAR' gadget.
  34.  
  35. Now select 'MAKE!'.  A filerequester ask for the path/ name of the
  36. output file which will be a formatted text file of the calendar. (I
  37. usually place these in the 'T:' directory. The file, being straight
  38. text,
  39. can then be imported into other text orientated programs.

  41. Confirm, and a few minutes later, there it is. You can also print it
  42. out
  43. by selecting 'PRINT' and you can VIEW and PRINT a month at a time
  44. by selecting VIEW.
