  1. This is disk 257 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.
  2. Below is a listing of the significant directories and their contents.

  5. ColorReq    A color palette library callable from any program. Used
  6.         to adjust the colors of any screen. Automatically adjusts
  7.         to screen size, number of colors.  Has many features
  8.         including SPREAD, COPY, UNDO, RGB, HSV, as well as
  9.         customizable gadgets.  Binary only.

  12. FileIO        An update to the file requester library that appeared on
  13.         disk #203.  This one has new features, include files, docs,
  14.         and examples in C, assembly, and Basic.  Binary only

  18. Vlt        VLT is both a VT100 emulator and a Tektronix (4014 plus
  19.         subset of 4105) emulator, currently in use at SLAC
  20.         (Stanford Linear Accelerator Center).  Although the VT100
  21.         part was originally based on Dave Wecker et al.'s VT100,
  22.         many enhancements were made. The program requires ARP,
  23.         and it has an ARexx port.  XMODEM 1K/CRC and Kermit protocol
  24.         support also included.  Other features include support for
  25.         additional serial ports, external file transfer protocols,
  26.         and "chat" mode.  The Tektronix emulation allows saving
  27.         IFF files, PostScript files, and printing bitmaps to the
  28.         printer.  This is version 4.226, an update to version 4.065
  29.         on disk 245 and version 4.036 on disk 226.  It comes in two
  30.         versions, one with Tektronix emulation, and one without.
  31.         Other changes include full XPR version 2.0 support, and a
  32.         scrollback/review/history buffer.  Binary only.
