  10. These updates correct a rather subtle bug that was causing the
  11. program occasionally to fail to silence one of the drives.
  12. Version 3.4 also incorporates changes to the jump tables in
  13. the ram copy of trackdisk (thanks to Werner Guenther for the
  14. suggestion) so that the routines point back into
  15. the ram copy.  The result is that the fix ('fixbug' in the
  16. source) to the raw read/write code will actually take effect.
  17. Version 3.3 differs only in omitting the 'fixjumps' section.
  18. Version 3.4 is to be used with care - there are advantages to
  19. having code controlling disk i/o protected in rom.
