  16. I did not write this program, and I have not seen it appear on any
  17. Fish Disk, but it is SOOOOO GOOD!  I got it from CUCUG (Commodore
  18. Urbana-Champaign User's Group), so I'll let Kevin Hisel, CUCUG Chief
  19. Librarian, explain what the program does:
