  1.   It is our intention to update The Fred Fish Collection CD
  2.   ROM three time a year. The price of the upgrade will be
  3.   $29.95 (U.S. Dollars). You will not be required to return
  4.   the old version of the disk to get the upgrade. This
  5.   policy is intended to make it easy to upgrade to a new
  6.   release of the disk by allowing you to sell off the old
  7.   copy if you wish. In order to get the upgrade at the
  8.   pecial price you must be a registered owner of the disk.
  9.   Registering is done returning the registration card you
  10.   received with the disk.

  12.   The tentative cycle for upgrades is May, September, and
  13.   January of each year. How close we adhere to this cycle
  14.   will depend on the number of disks Fred Fish releases in
  15.   the four months between releases and of course on the
  16.   sales of this disk. CD ROM is still, to a degree, an
  17.   emerging technology and it is brand new to the Amiga. We
  18.   predict sales of each release of the disk will generate
  19.   the revenue necessary to produce the next release of the
  20.   disk on time. You can help by telling other Amiga owners
  21.   about the Fred Fish Collection CD ROM.

  23.   Update orders should be sent directly to our office at
  24.   the address listed below. A $3.00 shipping and handling
  25.   charge should be included for each order (for U.S and
  26.   Canadian orders only).  Foreign orders should include
  27.   should include $8.00 to cover shipping and handling

  30.   NOTE: With release 1.3 of the Fred Fish Collection on CD
  31.   ROM we have broken out the LZH format compressed files
  32.   into a seperate optional disc. This disc is intended for
  33.   use by BBS sysops. It is available for an extra $10 per
  34.   update with the ready-to-run disc and an additional $20
  35.   for the subscription. Optionally BBS sysops can choose
  36.   to receive only the compressed disc in lieu of the
  37.   ready-to-run disc as an update or under the subscription.

  39.   A subscription to the updates is available for $79.95 per
  40.   year for the single disc or $99 per year for combined
  41.   ready-to-run and BBS sysops discs. European subscribers
  42.  
  43.   should add $24.00 for shipping and handling to Europe.
