  45. sign this formula.

  47. I hereby authorize Frank Gadegast to use, store, recompile, produce
  48. and sell the information/pictures/digital stored songs of the named
  49. artist/band, that are available from the archiv called "Internet
  50. Music Underground Archive (IUMA), on the CD-Rom with the planed name
  51. "The Internet MPEG Audio Archive" without having to pay any kind of fee.

  53. The used pieces from the IUMA-Archive are free of any others rights
  54. than the ones I'm authorized to.

  56. This authorization will not be limited to a maximum amount of sold CD-Roms.
  57. Frank Gadegast is not allowed to use this material in any other project.
  58. Frank Gadegast has to store the used information/ pictures/digital stored
  59. songs in a way, the owner of the copyright, i.e. the bands/artist, are still
  60. identify. The storage of the used material will be as close as technicle
  61. possible to the way it was stored on the WWW-server by the IUMA-Archiv.
