  7.  This is the official release of WinTex/DeuTex 3.3

  9.  I hope there is not too many bugs left because thanx to the tricks
  10.  of Borland C++ 4.5 I can't seem to recompile DeuTex and it's DLL.
  11.  Don't expect bug corrections before version 3.4

  13.  This is something close to the ULTIMATE integration tool 
  14.  to build custom WAD for DOOM, DOOM2 and HERETIC (registered)!

  16.  It is very partially working under DOOM and HERETIC non registered
  17.  (just to make you see what it feels like when you register :-)

  19.  Since the last beta, the help file and Texture editing have been 
  20.  somewhat improved, but I lack time for more radical changes.
  21.  I release this anyway, because the last beta was reoprted to be working.
  22.  Some functions are still real slow. speed can be improved easily 
  23.  (by caching) but as I can't recompile for the moment...
