- If you bought this computer program copy (the "Software") at
- one of our authorized outlets, then you own it, just as you
- own a book or compact disc when you pay for it. It's yours
- to use, or sell to someone else If you get tired of it.

- As the owner of an authorized Software copy, you have
- certain rights under U.S. copyright law. You may:

- - install and use the Software on a single computer.

- - sell this copy of the Software to someone else, provided
- you remove it from your own computer.

- - make backup copies of the Software for your own use, in
- case your master copy is damaged or destroyed.

- Copying or reselling this software for any other reason or
- by any other means is a violation of U.S. copyright law. Do
- not be fooled by our sensible price. This is not shareware
- nor is it public domain software.

- We reserve all other rights to the Software, including the

- 1. What the Warranty Covers

- ProOne CD, a division of Sofsource, Inc., warrants
- that the physical disk(s) containing the Software
- are free from physical defects in materials and
- workmanship for the period stated below. If these
- materials were damaged before delivery, we may
- replace them or refund your money at our sole option.

- Software:
-
- ProOne CD warrants that the disk(s) contained in
- this package contain one complete copy of the
- Software described on the package. If any such
- Software is not contained on any disk(s) in this
- package, we may replace the disk(s) or refund
- your money at our sole option.

- 2. Period of Coverage:
-
- All warranties are good for thirty (30) days after the
- date you purchase this Software copy. This means If
- you require warranty service, you must deliver the
- product back to us within the thirty (30) day
- warranty period.

- 3. What We Do to Correct Problems:

- Send back all materials you believe are defective,
- together with proof of purchase and a written
- description of the defect. At our option, we will
- either replace the defective disk(s) or manual(s),
- or give you a full refund of the purchase price.
- We may keep all replaced items, and all items for
- which we give you a refund. Or, feel free to call
- the Technical Support Hot Line listed on the
- outside of the box.

- without warranty of any kind. Any and all implied
- warranties, including but not limited to any implied
- warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
- particular purpose, are limited to the thirty (30) day
- express warranty period stated above.

- Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
- implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not
- apply to you.

- ProOne CD shall not be liable for any consequential,
- special or punitive damages arising out of use or
- inability to use this product. Some states do not
- allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
- consequential damages, so the above limitation or
- exclusion may not apply to you.
