  1. How to use AUTORUN.EXE
  2.  
  3. Setup a CD with the following
  4.  
  5.     The file autorun.exe
  6.     The file you wish to launch an application for
  7.     A text file called AUTORUN.INF that has the following text:

  9. [autorun]
  10. open=autorun.exe myfile 
  11.  
  12.  
  13.     Where "myfile" is the complete name of the file you want to launch.(ie demo.avi)
  14.  
  15.  
  16. When the CD is inserted into the machine, autorun.exe will be run. It will search the registry
  17. and run the application associated with the file you named.
