This agreement prescribes the terms and regulations on which you may use the executable software programs and associated documentation and files accompanying this agreement (hereafter collectively called "JAZZ"). The copyright holders reserves all rights not expressly granted by this agreement.
License is granted to copy and distribute JAZZ in its unmodified form for any purpose.
License is granted to use JAZZ for an evaluation period of 30 days.
Provided that you obtain a personal license key (hereafter called "KEY") from the copyright holders, license is granted for you to personally use JAZZ with KEY for any purpose. You agree to keep confidential and use your best efforts to prevent and protect the contents of the KEY from unauthorized disclosure or use.
The copyright holders grant no other licenses expressed or implied and the licensee acknowleges that the copyright holders have no liability for licensee's use.
THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS DISCLAIM AND LICENSEE AGREES THAT ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION CONTAINED HEREIN, ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR STRICT LIABILITY, EVEN IF THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
