  6. Power Tab Editor is a tablature authoring tool for 
  7. Windows 95/98.  It allows for the creation of 
  8. tablature scores that can be printed out and 
  9. played back via MIDI.  Features standard music 
  10. notation and symbols as well as all of the popular 
  11. tablature symbols.  Can import MIDI tracks, and 
  12. can export to ASCII Text, HTML and MIDI format
