  13. This is a reverb device that works with "impulse-responses". Impulse-
  14. responses are generated by recording short, broadband signals and their 
  15. corresponding room-reflections. 
  16.  
  17. Due to technical reasons the plugIn works with a fixed latency of 8960 
  18. samples that is possibly compensated by the VST-host. SIR is a stereo 
  19. plugin. To take full advantage of stereo impulses for mono signals, you can 
  20. first convert the track to stereo.
