  13. Aladdin Enterprises hereby grants to anyone the permission to apply this
  14. Licence to their own work, as long as the entire Licence (including the
  15. above notices and this paragraph) is copied with no changes, additions, or
  16. deletions except for changing the first paragraph of Section 0 to include a
  17. suitable description of the work to which the licence is being applied and
  18. of the person or entity that holds the copyright in the work, and, if the

  25. This Licence applies to the computer program known as "RedMon."  
  26. The "Program", below, refers to such program.  The Program is a copyrighted
  27. work whose copyright is held by Ghostgum Software Pty Ltd (the "Licensor").

  29. A "work based on the Program" means either the Program or any derivative
  30. work of the Program, as defined in the United States Copyright Act of 1976,
  31. such as a translation or a modification.

  33. BY MODIFYING OR DISTRIBUTING THE PROGRAM (OR ANY WORK BASED ON THE
  34. PROGRAM), YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS LICENCE TO DO SO, AND ALL
  35. ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTING OR MODIFYING THE PROGRAM
  36. OR WORKS BASED ON IT.  NOTHING OTHER THAN THIS LICENCE GRANTS YOU

  175. RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU.  SHOULD
  176. THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY
  177. SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

  179. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING WILL
  180. LICENSOR, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY MODIFY AND/OR REDISTRIBUTE THE
  181. PROGRAM AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY
  182. GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE
  183. USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
  184. DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD

  191. This Licence is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, 
  192. Australia, excluding choice of law rules.

  194. If any part of this Licence is found to be in conflict with the law, that
  195. part shall be interpreted in its broadest meaning consistent with the law,
  196. and no other parts of the Licence shall be affected.
