  4. -Netedit 6.4 is a 16-bit HTML editor (no longer updated), which helps you for the HTML files design.

  6. -Easy to install - Works in Windows« 3.x, 95, 98, NT4. -Works in LINUX with the "WINE" addon
  7. (but you can open a single HTML file only).

  9. -Netedit 7.x is the 32-bits version; it works with Windows 9x and newer only .

  11. -Many built-in tools, like special characters automatic encoding, color-tool, reactive pictures ("Client-side Images"), pictures viewers, advanced pictures management... etc.
