  28.  Merge Deluxe was developed to provide a quick way to combine any two files
  29.  together. Similar to the DOS command:

  37.  I always lost connection with my isp or while sending file to my friends 
  38.  by icq. I need to re-send file again at the begining of file.  I have many
  39.  mp3 files which have pop-click unwant sound. I use Offset Split Deluxe for 
  40.  split file into two files. Then I send only second part of splited files to
  41.  my friend. They lazy to combine both parts by dos command. So I decided to
  42.  write this utility.
