  8. This license agreement is a legal agreement
  9. between you (either an individual or a single entity) 
  10. and the author of this software package.
  11. By installing or otherwise using this software you 
  12. agree to be bound by this agreement.

  14. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, 
  15. you may not install or use this software.
  16.  
  17. This Agreement will immediately and automatically 
  18. terminate without notice if you fail to comply 
  19. with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree 
  20. upon termination to promptly destroy the Software Product 
  21. together with all of its component parts, prior and 
  22. replacement versions, and all copies and modifications 
  23. thereof in any form.

  25. This software product is currently copyrighted freeware.  The 
  26. software can currently be used without charge but the author 
  27. retains full rights to the program.  All rights reserved.

  29. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of this software 
  30. and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original 
  31. software to anyone; and distribute the software and documentation 
  32. in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge 
  33. for any of the above.

  74. Should any term of these terms and conditions be declared 
  75. void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, 
  76. such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms
  77. hereof.
