  1.    There are two programs in this package. The programs
  2.  consist  of two types of rulers:
  3.  
  4.       1. A vertical and horizontal ruler in inches
  5.       2. A vertical and horizontal ruler in pixels
  6.  
  7. (I attempted to create a metric ruler also, but pixels
  8.  and metrics don't mix well.)
  9.  
  10.  The inch rulers are not exactly correct, but should
  11. suffice for any graphic work. The pixel rulers should
  12. be correct.
