- of Vulcan's most sacred pieces, The Glory, is stolen and Spock feels he
- must in someway help to retrieve it.

- orbits Tranquility 7, the crew looking forward to a well earned shore
- leave. Then reports begin to drift in of actions which Kirk has no memory
- of doing. Believed destroyed, Kirk's double begins to wreck revenge and
- torment to destroy James T. Kirk.

- The Enterprise is sent to the revolution hit planet of Dekkanar to rescue
- Federation members there. The Klingons are testing out there new warship
- which is commanded by a Klingon who will stop at nothing to bring honour
- and glory to his Empire, it's destination, Dekkanar. The Enterprise
- orbits the planet with orders under no circumstances to raise shields or
- use weapons. The Klingon warship approaches.

- 49. THE PANDORA PRINCIPLE by Carolyn Clowes (Titan #34)

- A Romulan Bird of Prey drifts into Federation space and the crew of the
- Enterprise finds that it is a derelict. While towing it back to Starfleet
- H.Q., a mysterious force is released and begins to kill all who come into
- contact with it. Lt. Saavik has seen this before and must revive
- surpressed memories of her past youth to discover a way to stop the
- killing.

- 50. DOCTOR'S ORDERS by Diane Duane (Titan #36)
- ------------------------------

- McCoy is forever complaining about the "centre seat". So when a simple
- mission comes along, Kirk beams down to the planet and leaves McCoy in
- command of the Enterprise. Then something goes wrong. Kirk disappears
- without trace and the Klingons show up showing more then a keen interest
- in the planet.

- 51. ENEMY UNSEEN by V.E. Mitchell (Titan #40)
- -----------------------------

- A diplomatic ferrying mission goes horribly wrong, when a diplomatic
- attache is murdered and one of the crewmembers is accused of the murder.

- 52. HOME IS THE HUNTER by Dana Kramer-Rolls (Titan #42)

- A battle between the Enterprise and a Klingon warship is mysteriously
- stopped by an alien being named Wwyland. As a punishment for the two
- fighting, the being transports Scotty to 18th century Scotland, Sulu to
- feudal Japan and Chekov to World War II Russia. Now the three must come
- to terms with the dangers of the past, as they can find no way back.

- ------------------------------

- Elcidar Beta-3 is a tranquil planet that refuses to accept any form of
- technology. When they exhaust all of their natural means, a global famine
- is imminent. When the Enterprise comes to help a strange being begins to
- stalk its corridors, as if it's own. And it does not hesitate to kill.

- 54. A FLAG FULL OF STARS by Brad Fergusson (Titan #46)

- (Sequel to THE LOST YEARS giant novel)
- --------------------------------------

- 18 months after its 5 year mission the Enterprise is docked for a re-fit.
- The crew has gone it's separate ways, and Admiral Kirk, now married, is
- Chief of Starfleet Operations. Scientist G'Dath is on the brink of the
- greatest discovery in Starfleet history. Klingon agents capture this
- discovery and Kirk and Lt. Riley are all that stands between peace or
- the devastation of the Federation.

- 55. RENEGADE by Gene Deweese (Titan #48)
- ------------------------

- For almost a century the two cultures of Chrellkan III & IV have enjoyed
- a peaceful relationship untill a rebel faction begins to cause disruption
- between the two societies. To help in the peace talks, Starfleet send the
- crew of the Enterprise to Chrellkan, and Kirk sends Spock & McCoy down to
- the planet to begin talks. But upon their arrival they are taken hostage
- and Kirk believes his friends killed as the secret of the disruptions
- becomes more evident as outside interference.

- 56. LEGACY by Michael Jan Friedman (Titan #50)
- ------------------------------

- On a routine survey, time becomes critical as Spock is poisoned by a huge
- creature of the planet Alpha Octavious. Kirk orders an immediate beam up
- for his friend as he continues the survey with the rest of the landing
- party. But disaster strikes as a freak cave in causes Kirk and his party
- to become trapped beneath the planets surface. Mr. Scott, in command of
- the Enterprise, orders a search of the planets surface and then Starfleet
- order the Enterprise away from the planet to investigate a mining colony
- under attack in the Beta Cabrini system. Once there, Spock has to feign
- good health as he is pitted against an old enemy from his days with Capt.
- Pike.

- 57. THE RIFT by Peter David (Titan #52)
- -----------------------
-
- The Enterprise, under the command of Christopher Pike, comes across a
- Rift in the fabric of space. When they enter and then emerge on its other
- side, Pike discovers a race of beings called the Calligar whom appear
- suspicious of the Federation's intent. After peacful negotiations, the
- Enterprise leaves the closing Rift to resume its mission. 33 years later
- the Enterprise, under the command of James T. Kirk, encounters the same
- Rift and send a shuttle commanded by Spock to rekindle the Federation's
- contact with the Calligarans. Things to not go according to plan when the
- Rift begins to close, Spock is seemingly trapped on the other side.

- 58. FACES OF FIRE by Michael Jan Friedman (Titan #53)
- -------------------------------------

- En route to Alpha Malurian to settle a dispute between two religions, the
- Enterprise first stops to do a routine check on the progress of
- terraforming colony, Beta Canzandia Three. Leaving Spock to carry on
- scientific studies, the Enterprise carries on towards Alpha Malurian.
- Meanwhile a Klingon ship arrives at Canzandia Three to take control of
- facility there. The colonists are imprisoned, and Spock must defeat the
- Klingons or face certain death.

- 59. THE DISINHERITED by Robert Greenberger, Michael (Titan #54)
- Jan Friedman & Peter David

- A mysterious alien force is brutally attacking Federation worlds. Gamma
- Xaird - a peaceful research colony - is the third world to fall under the
- attacks. Kirk and his crew are sent to investigate only to find the
- planet completly devastated. Then a nearby colony is attacked and the
- Enterprise rushes to its aid and manages to make the invaders flee. Spock
- makes a startling discovery as to the reason behind the attacks, a reason
- that if realised could have dealy consequences.

- 60. ICE TRAP by L.A. Graf (Titan #55)
- ---------------------

- An orbital shuttle carrying civilian research scientists explodes in a
- mysterious magnetic storm on the icebound planet of Nordstral and the
- scientists disappear among the native population. Answering a distress
- call, Kirk and the Enterprise arrive to find an inexplicable form of
- insanity affecting the remaining researchers. Kirk and McCoy board a
- vast submarine ship which travels under the ice-coated surface of the
- planet, harvesting the planets indigenous plankton. Meanwhile Uhura and
- Chekov lead a rescue team in search of the missing scientists, but are
- soon attacked by the natives who are called the Kitka. Both teams begin
- to unravel the mystery of Nordstral - a mystery that could have deadly
- consequences for the crew of the Enterprise and the entire world.

- 61. SANCTUARY by John Vornholt (Released 24th Sept '92) (Titan #56)
- --------------------------

- The planet Sanctuary. A fabled world in unexplored space which is thought
- to be the last refuge of the persecuted, home to both the justly and
- unjustly accused. Though its name has been translated into every language
- in the galaxy, Starfleet has never known its exact location. When the
- crew of the Enterprise is assigned to capture a dangerous criminal named
- Auk Rex, their pursuit takes them to an unexplored sector of space. Capt.
- Kirk, Mr. Spock and Dr. McCoy continue the pursuit in a shuttlecraft,

- The Enterprise answers the distress call of the ship Freedom, belonging
- to a race known as Vemlans. Only to happy to assist in the repairs of the
- craft, the Enterprise finds herself in the middle of a whole fleet of
- ships from Vemlan that tell Picard that the Freedom is crewed by slaves
- and are the property of Vemlan, and must be returned. Jerun, the Captain
- of the Freedom pleads with Picard for their freedom. But Picard is torn
- between his conscience and the dictates of the Prime Directive. If the
- slaves are not handed over the fleet of alien ships will destroy the
- Enterprise.

- While exploring a group of devastated Class M worlds in a remote sector
- of space, the Enterprise crew are shocked to discover a glacial world

- learns that the slaves and their masters were being controlled by an
- alien culture known as the Tseetsk, who learning of the revolt are

- attempt to force the hand of Riker to help in their new time of need.
