  13. mag, I am now back to critisize some
  14. musicians on the scene.

  18. ÈMost  good musicians THINK they know
  19. much better than everybody else what
  20. is good music and what is BAD music.
  21.  
  22. Maybe  they  are  more  musical than
  23. most  people  on the scene, BUT it's
  24. the  ÉMAJORITY È who decide which tune
  25. that is the best.

  27. Just  as  it  is  the Majoriy of the
  28. people who decide who is going to be
  29. Prime    Minister/President   in   a
  30. country!

  32. Do  you  Musicians  believe  that  I
  33. really care how much nice slides you
  34. have  in  your  music.   What I care
  35. about  is,  if  it is good listening
  36. at?

  38. The Best song from 1991 for usÉ " who
  39. don't  shit about music"È was Enigma.
  40. It was very good for your ears!  But
  41. if you ask The Best musicians on the
  42. scene  they will 100 % say something
  43. else.  Why?

  45. In  last  issue there was a question
  46. to  Jason/Silents  like thisÉ " Can't
  47. people seperate talent from taste?"

  49. Why should we?  Should the musicians
  50. try  to  learn us what is talent, so
  51. we could vote for what we É"THINK"È is
  52. most  talented?   If you ask me it's
  53. better  to  vote  for  what  we like
  54. BEST?

  56. At É EVERY È party  there is musicians
  57. who   say   that   the   Jury  isn't
  58. qualified to select the right tunes.
  59. Well,   who   is   qualified?   Only
  60. Musicians?    The   tunes   that  is
  61. selected don't necessarry have to be
  62. the  "Best"  ones  in  a  view  of a
  63. musician.   É THEY  ARE  BEST  LIKED!
  64. ÈThat's aÉ BIGÈ difference!!

  66. There will always be a discussion of
  67. which  tune  that's  Best, just like
  68. the  discussion  of  what's  best of
  69. Cola and Pepsi? É Accept it!

  71. Sometime  I  feel Helpless!, I stand
  72. beside  some  musicians telling this
  73. song  is  Brilliant!   I FIND it Odd
  74. and  not  too  good.   Some  minutes
  75. later the musicians are slaughtering
  76. a song which I find Nice.

  78. After  the  compo  at  the Crusaders
  79. Easter  party.   All  musicians told
  80. that  this  was a Total Disaster.  I
  81. didn't say to these musicians that I
  82. liked  compo.   If I had, I would be
  83. called a "TRATER".

  85. Well, The Tecnosong from Gin/Garnage
  86. won!Ê  (Please contact the RAW staff,
  87. GIN!,  Ed).È   95  % of the musicians
  88. told that this song was BULL.  But "
  89. Éwe  who don't know shit about music"
  90. Èliked it.

  92. It's the same inÉ REALÈ life.  Beatles
  93. and  Elvis are the two most ÉSOLDÈ the
  94. last  40  years.  But are they the 2
  95. ÉMOSTÈ  talented  living  in the earth
  96. those 40 years?  No!  Some weeks ago
  97. KLF  topped  the  chart, but at that
  98. moment  where they the MOST talented
  99. group in the world? É NO!

  101. I feel sorry for all those musicians
  102. worldwide  that  make  very talented
  103. music,  but  think  they work is not
  104. rewarded enough,É BUT:È
  105.  
  106. What  should  I  do?   Should I kill
  107. myself?    Should   I  not  vote  on
  108. compos?  Should I quit the scene and
  109. sell the Amiga?  Should I wish I had
  110. a Dad who could play a instrument?

  113. only to impress yourself
