  1. OPTIONS MENU HELP

  4. All to UPPER case - converts all records to UPPER case.
  5.

  7. All to lower case - converts all records to lower case.
  8.

  10. Capitalise all - Automatically capitalises all enteries. i.e  ste > Ste
  11.

  13. Auto capitalise on/off - Allow you to choose if you want your records
  14.                          capitalised as you enter them.
  15.

  17. Case dependancy on/off - Chooses for use in the search/sort and filter
  18.                          sections whether a=A or a<>A.

  21. Filter output - Screen - (Default) displays all filter output to the
  22.                          screen.

  24.                 Printer - Sends the filter output to the printer.
  25.  
  26.                 File - Sends the filter output to a disk file.

  29. Filter display - Record view - Displays one record on screen at once.
  30.  
  31.                  Page view - Scrolls the display up to display more
  32.                              records.

  34.                  Table view - Displays records in a table.

  37. Filter fields - Allows you to choose which fields will be displayed
  38.                 when filtered. A tick means the field will be displayed
  39.                 and a cross means that it won`t be displayed.
  40.                 Click on the field name to toggle on/off.

  43. Display time - On - Turns 24HR clock at top of screen on.

  45.              - Off- Turns the clock off.
  46.  
  47.              - Change - Allows you to change the time.

  50. Alarm - Set - Allows you to set the alarm and turns the alarm on.

  52.         On  - Turns the alarm on.

  54.         Off - Turns the alarm off.

  57. Alter date - Allows you to change the date that is loaded from the
  58.              system clock. The date is displayed by pressing the
  59.              {HELP} key on the main screen.

  62. Timed Autosave - On - Turns autosaving ON

  64.                  Off - Turns autosaving OFF
  65.  
  66.                  Set - Turns autosaving ON and allows you to set the
  67.                        number of minutes between the auto saving of
  68.                        your database. (File requester will not appear
  69.                        : filename used when loading will be used.)

  72. List a field - This option will list the contents of one field.
  73.

  75. Calculation - Addition - Allows you to add up the contents of one field
  76.                          over a range of records.  Simply select the
  77.                          field and then the from and to record no.
