  15.   ImageLab V2.4 is a general purpose image processing program, which
  16. provides many functions such as:

  18.     FFT transform/inverse and log enhancement.
  19.     Sobel/Roberts edge detection processes.
  20.     Resizing with bilinear interpolation.
  21.     Area convolution routines.
  22.     Palette management.
  23.     Screen and Image size/depth/modes editing.
  24.     Noise and Distortion modifiers.

  26.   Version 2.4 is an update to version 2.2, here on BIX and on Fish Disk 243.
  27. This version includes all the current functions plus a few bug fixes, and
  28. additional features including: PAL support, overscanned/super-bitmap image,
  29. improved Paint operation, better area selection, HAM histograms, and FFT
  30. operation.
