  5. our customers call us to arrange to have one of our service
  6. representatives perform a thorough and complete inspection
  7. of their air-conditioning systems.

  9. Throughout our many years of experience we have learned that
  10. by taking certain preventitive measures such as correcting
  11. a minor electrical problem, costly repairs and replacement
  12. of parts can often be avoided.  Another reason we have for
  13. suggesting this inspection at this time is the fact that
  14. invariably it is during the hottest period of the summer
  15. that we are inundated with service requests.  When this
  16. occurs, we are unable to provide quick service to all of
  17. our valued customers such as yourself.
