  2.                         RENTAL AGREEMENT
  3.  
  4. This agreement, entered into this____ day of _______, 19__
  5. by and between_____________________and____________________
  6. hereinafter called respectively Lessor and Lessee.
  7.  
  8. WITNESSETH;  That for and in consideration of the payment
  9. of the rents and the performance of the covenants contained
  10. on the part of the Lessee, said Lessor does hereby demise
  11. and let unto the Lessee, and Lessee hires from Lessor for
  12. use as a residence those certain premises described as
  13. __________________located at _____________________________
  14. for a tenancy from week-to-week commencing on the __day of
  15. __________, 19__ to the __day of _________, 19__, at a
  16. weekly rental of _________________________ dollars per week,
  17. for a total rental of ________________________, payable in
  18. advance on the first day of occupancy.

  20. It is further mutually agreed between the parties as
  21. follows:
  22.    1.  Lessee shall not violate any city ordinance or state
  23.        law in or about the premises.
  24.    2.  Lessee shall not sub-let the demised premises, or any
  25.        part thereof, or assign this agreement without the
  26.        written consent of the Lessor.
  27.    3.  Lessee, in case of fire or theft, shall give
  28.        immediate notice thereof to the Lessor or agent of
  29.        same.
  30.    4.  Lessee must not make any alterations or improvements
  31.        to said premises, without written consent of Lessor.
  32.    5.  If legal action takes place or must be instituted by
  33.        Lessor, Lessee agrees to pay all costs, expenses and
  34.        to pay all attorney's fees, as the court may affix.

  38. Cooking utensils and kitchen equipment are (not) furnished.
  39. Linens and bedding are, are not, furnished.

  41. A $         deposit in advance is required to reserve each
  42. week.  This deposit is not refundable.

  44. A $         cleaning deposit is required at the time of
  45. check-in.  This deposit will be refunded if premises are
  46. left in clean condition.  If cleaning expenses must be
  47. incurred by Lessor to restore the premises to the condition
  48. they were in at the time of Lessee's occupancy, the amount
  49. necessary for said restoration will be deducted from the
  50. cleaning deposit and the balance, if any, will be refunded
  51. to Lessee.
