  6. me to said Company, I hereby give my consent to the
  7. photographing of myself and to the recording of my voice.
  8. The Company is hereby authorized to use or cause to be used
  9. said still photographs or motion picture footage, recordings
  10. of my voice and my name for advertising, publicity,
  11. commercial or other business purposes.  Said photographs
  12. and/or recordings may be used singualarly or in conjunction
  13. with other photographs and/or recordings.

  15. The Company has my authorization to reproduce, or cause to
  16. be reproduced and used such photographs and voice
  17. recordings.  The same may be exhibited in all domestic and
  18. foreign markets.  I understand that others may use and/or
  19. reproduce said photographs and/or recordings with or without
  20. the Company's consent.

  22. I hereby release the Company, any of its associated or
  23. affiliated companies, their directors, officers, agents,
  24. employees, customers and the Company's appointed advertising
  25. agencies, officers, directors, agents and employees, from all
  26. claims of any kind on account of such use.
