  2.                          MUTUAL RELEASE

  4. This mutual release, executed on    [date], between

  9. intended to effect the elimination of any obligations by
  10. either party as hereinafter designated.

  16. agreed to settle said disputes and differences by executing

  22. and differences, both parties agree that in consideration of
