  2.                       EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

  12. such times and in such manner as the company may from time
  13. to time direct.

  15. Employee agrees that he will perform those duties assigned
  16. to him to the best of his ability, to maintain a current
  17. and complete account of his work and expenses, to remit
  18. promptly to the company any monies paid to him or coming
  19. into his possession which belong to the company, to devote
  20. his full and undivided time to the transaction of company
  21. business and to refrain from being engaged in any other
  22. business during the tenure of his employment with the
  23. company.

  25. In consideration of the foregoing, company agrees to pay
