  2.                             CONTRACT
  3.  
  4.    THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ___ day of
  5. _________, l98_, by and between ___________________, the
  6. Seller, and ___________________, the Buyer:
  7.  
  8.     1.  The seller hereby undertakes to transfer and deliver
  9. to the buyer on or before __________, l98_, the following
  10. described goods:

  13.     2.  The buyer hereby undertakes to accept the goods and
  14. pay for them in accordance with the terms of the contract.
  15.     3.  It is agreed that identification shall not be deemed
  16. to have been made until both the buyer and the seller have
  17. agreed that the goods in question are to be appropriated to
  18. the performance of the contract with the buyer.
  19.     4.  The buyer shall make payment for the goods at the
  20. time when and at the place where the goods are received by
  21. him.
  22.     5.  Goods shall be deemed received by the buyer when
  23. received by him at                           .
  24.     6.  The risk of loss from any casualty to the goods
  25. regardless of the cause thereof shall be on the seller until
  26. the goods have been accepted by the buyer.
  27.     7.  The seller warrants that the goods are now free and
  28. at the time of delivery shall be free from any security
  29. interest or other lien or encumbrance.
  30.     8.  The seller further warrants that at the time of
  31. signing this contract he neither knows nor has reason to
  32. know of the existence of any outstanding title or claim of
  33. title hostile to his rights in the goods.
  34.     9.  The buyer shall have the right to examine the goods
  35. on arrival, and within    business days after such delivery
  36. he must give notice to the seller of any claim for damages
  37. on account of the condition, quality, or grade of the
  38. property, and must specify the basis of his claim in detail.
  39. The failure of the buyer to comply with these rules shall
  40. constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
  41.     10.  Executed in duplicate, one copy of which was
  42. delivered to and retained by the buyer, the day and year
  43. first above written.
