  7. agreed that this driver hurled some extremely abusive
  8. language at you and that his actions were unjustifiably
  9. offensive.  They also all agreed that you remained a
  10. gentleman throughout the entire time, attempting to solve
  11. the problem.  I compliment you on your self-control, and
  12. in handling the situation in such an exemplary manner.  I
  13. have placed a call to the owner of Gene's Tools and fully
  14. anticipate your receiving an apology from them.
