  5. and it was therefore rather surprising to wake up in County
  6. General Hospital and be informed that I had just had one.

  9. family during my illness, and would like to sincerely thank
  10. you for the kindness and assistance you provided during my
  11. immobility.  Individuals like you are few and far between.
