  1. Readme for RXOWIRE.CMD and RXOWIRE.DLL
  2.  
  3. This is a sample OS/2 REXX Program for accessing
  4. 1-Wire devices. The RS-232 based DS9097U
  5. interface is required with this DLL to read
  6. temperature from a DS1820 temperature sensor.
  7.  
  8. The 1-Wire devices are inexpensive components to
  9. interface real world data to computers. Besides
  10. temperature sensors, a number of analog to digital
  11. converters, counters and digital I/O components are
  12. available to build a network of data collection points
  13. with a minimum of wiring requirements.
