  7. IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

  10. If you  disagree to the terms and conditions  stated  in this LICENSE.TXT

  13. a.   Destroy all files that you have downloaded.

  45. freeware programs to any third party or  otherwise  transfer them to  any
