  1. MFC40.DLL is required by Eudora Pro 3.0.  If you are experiencing crashes 
  2. in "in module MFC40.DLL", replace your existing copies of MFC40.DLL with 
  3. this one.  Close any applications that are running before replacing the file.

  5. It is recommended that you rename your old version of MFC40.DLL and 
  6. then copy in the new MFC402.DLL.  
  7.  
  8. BE SURE TO RENAME THE NEW MFC402.DLL TO MFC40.DLL!
