  31.      * Removed apparently nonfunctional "Geoscience Journals" server;
  32.        added some new references for journal information.
  33.      * Chopped long and badly outdated contact list. Left in the
  34.        reference to the original it was copied from.
  35.      * Updated references for downloadable assessment software
  36.        (Kappa/Entropy).
  37.      * Various miscellaneous updates from the backlog, including Web
  38.        references.
  39.      * The Interactive FAQ software is now operational again at
  40.        http://pobox.com/%7Esatfaq/ I'm looking to use it to
  41.        'democratise' this document (i.e. encourage direct contributions
  42.        which will automatically ingested), but my other FAQ - which is
  43.        much shorter and simpler than this one - is leading the way in
  44.        terms of contents.
