  48. In general, the Capital District newsgroups are for  postings  of
  49. general  interest  to Capital District residents (but not others)
  50. or postings that are about events and activities in  the  Capital
  51. District.

  56.                         Capital District.  If this  newsgroup  is
  57.                         abused by excessive  off-topic  postings,

  62.                         that are given in the  Capital  District.
