Individual entries are prepared by the providers.

These lists contain information on providers who offer commercial and
private users a connection to the Internet.  Providers offering access
to any of e-mail, Usenet, telnet or ftp are included.

The list was started by Craig Cockburn in June 1992, taken over by Sunil
Gupta in December 1992, then by Paola Kathuria in June 1993.
